The Collie Club of Alabama has three types of memberships.

The first type, INDIVIDUAL, is open to all persons eighteen years of age and older who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this club.

The second type, FAMILY, is open to two or more adults and any minor children living in the same household who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this club.

The third type, JUNIOR, is opne to all persons under the age of eighteen years and who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this club. These members may serve on special committees but will not be allowed to hold office or have voting priviliges.

While membership is to be unrestricted as to residence, the club's primary purpose is to be representative of the breeders and exhibitors in its immediate area.
